When I close my eyes I enter a place where worry can not reach me.
I trust my body to guide me into a restful and healing sleep.
I let go of today and embrace the quiet stillness of the night.
I welcome sleep and open myself to deep, restorative rest.
My dreams are positive and filled with peace.
I release all thoughts and worries of the day, and allow sleep to wash over me.
I am in a safe place. I give myself permission to rest.
My body knows exactly how to sleep well and deep.
